A Vision Forward
Continuing an Unwavering Dedication to Catholic Education
As Regis High School celebrates more than 60 years and St. Mary Elementary approaches its 100th anniversary, Regis St. Mary begins a new capital campaign with a Vision Forward. Enrollment has grown by nearly 25% in just five years, now serving more than 400 students from Pre-K through grade 12—clear evidence that families are seeking the strength, values, and formation only a Catholic education can provide.
In a world that increasingly challenges faith-based living, the need for a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment has never been greater. The Regis St. Mary Capital Campaign is our commitment to the future—an investment in secure, well-maintained facilities that will protect our students, strengthen our mission, and ensure our campuses remain welcoming centers of faith and learning. With a campaign goal of $5,750,000, this effort will preserve and expand the legacy of Catholic education at Regis St. Mary for generations to come.

Campaign Priorities
Our campaign priorities have been carefully considered and play an integral role in our vital mission of developing disciples of Christ who love, learn, lead and serve.
EXISTING FACILITIES ENHANCEMENTS
Budget Estimate: $3,000,000
The age of the buildings on the Regis and St. Mary campuses requires that we invest in necessary safety and security upgrades. Most of these projects are intentionally focused at St. Mary as the elementary school is the entryway into our Catholic education community. A strong St. Mary experience leads to later success at Regis. The cumulative impact of completing these projects will provide a more secure and joyful learning environment for our students.
- St. Mary Campus: secure and welcoming school entrance, roof repairs, playground and athletic field upgrades, computer servers and a 60 passenger bus
- Regis Campus: roof replacements, exterior doors and security system, heating system controls and computer servers
ENDOWMENT FUND
Budget estimate: $1,000,000
A strong endowment is essential to ensuring the long-term vitality of Regis St. Mary. Building upon nearly fifty years of faithful stewardship by the Regis St. Mary Foundation, this campaign seeks to grow the endowment so future generations of students can benefit from a transformative Catholic education. Endowment gifts provide enduring support for scholarships, faculty excellence, faith formation and program innovation—resources that safeguard the school’s mission regardless of economic fluctuations. By investing in the endowment today, donors help secure the financial foundation that will sustain Regis St. Mary’s legacy of faith, learning and community for generations to come.
TUITION ASSISTANCE
Budget estimate: $1,000,000
Each year, 60% of Regis St. Mary students receive tuition assistance to attend. Growing our tuition assistance fund is critical to the long-term success of our school and will ensure that all families seeking to provide a Catholic education for their children will not be turned away due to a family’s inability to pay.
GIVE HOPE ANNUAL FUND
Budget estimate: $750,000
The lifeblood of Regis St. Mary’s fundraising efforts is the Give Hope Annual Fund. We count on these annual gifts to help underwrite the cost of a Regis St. Mary education. Give Hope Annual Fund gifts serve as a significant source of unrestricted income, allowing us to fund our greatest needs.

Gifts of Appreciated Securities
Donating stocks, bonds, or mutual funds that have increased in value can be a tax-strategic way to give. By transferring appreciated securities, donors may avoid capital gains taxes while receiving a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the assets.

Gifts of IRAs or Retirement Plans
Individuals aged 70 1/2 or older can make a tax-free donation directly from their IRA through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). Additionally, naming our campaign as a beneficiary of a retirement account can be a meaningful legacy gift that maximizes the impact of your savings.

Gifts of Property
Donating real estate, such as homes, land, or other valuable property, can provide a significant gift while offering potential tax benefits. Depending on the gift structure, donors may receive an immediate tax deduction and avoid capital gains taxes on the property’s appreciation.

Gifts of Life Insurance
A life insurance policy can become a powerful charitable gift by naming our campaign as a beneficiary. Whether by donating an existing policy or purchasing a new one, this option allows donors to make a larger impact than they might have thought possible.
Use the Pledge to Give button on this page to give a gift of a life insurance policy.
Bequests
Including our campaign in your will or estate plan ensures a lasting legacy of support. A bequest can be a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or a residual gift that helps sustain our mission for future generations.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double or even triple your donation. Check with your company’s HR department to see if your gift qualifies, allowing you to increase your impact at no additional cost to you.
Our advancement office can assist with any required documentation for your employer.

Over the past four years, I have worked towards following Christ and trying to live a more Christ-centered life. Through hearing others’ testimonies and hardships, I learned that God is meant to be the center of our lives, and he is the answer to all our problems.
